The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) requires that we inform parents and legal guardians about how we collect, use, and disclose personal information from children under 13 years of age. Below we explain how we do that for these "students."
Teachers create accounts for their students on this site. Students use these accounts to access curriculum. The information we collect are the following:
- First Name (required)
- Last Name (required)
- School (required)
- Email address (required)

- Guardian name
- Phone number
What we do with this information
The students’ identifying information collected via this website is used in the following ways:
- Unique identifiers (such as email addresses) are collected on the registration form to verify the user's identity, for use as account numbers in our record system, and for other purposes.
- Demographic and profile data collected at our site is used for internal analysis.
Sharing of Personal Data with Third Parties
School Specialty Literacy and Intervention will not share students’ identifying information with third-party companies.
