Teachers create accounts for their students on this site. Students use these accounts to access curriculum. The information we collect are the following:

- Last Name (required)
- School (required)
- Email address (required)

- Gender
- Birthdate
- Guardian name
- Phone number
- Address
What we do with this information
The students’ identifying information collected via this website is used in the following ways:
- Unique identifiers (such as email addresses) are collected on the registration form to verify the user's identity, for use as account numbers in our record system, and for other purposes.
- Demographic and profile data collected at our site is used for internal analysis.
Sharing of Personal Data with Third Parties
EPS Learning will not share students’ identifying information with third-party companies.
